We live in a world where…

…it takes 3 record producers, 4 songwriters and an english teacher to write a song that makes no sense.  Did I mention they also sample tracks because they cant create any new ones?

…people would rather have their face buried in a phone than actually living in the real world.

…a war veteran can return home from fighting overseas with one leg, blind in one eye and PTSD, get denied proper medical attention and then get thrown in prison for smoking marijuana.

…people feel they can ban a flag for representing “hate and violence” yet fail to see that almost everything in America can be represented by the same reasons.  You can look at anything in this world and perceive it as representing hate and/or violence.  Mitsubishi was the manufacturer of the airplanes that bombed Pearl Harbor. Should we view anyone driving a Mistubishi Eclipse as glorifying Japan for all the death at Pearl Harbor?

…being gay is apparently a choice that needs to be cured.  Why not just choose to not be gay?  Ok, if thats true then people should prove it by choosing to be gay for a week.  Let me know how that turns out.

…people think that the government will do a better job spending the money they earn than they would.

…freedom of speech is fine as long as nobody is offended by it.
